Job Description

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, referrals, and field visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Meet prospective and existing customers to present products and solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
