Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential customers.
- Develop business opportunities in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, cleanroom, ESD, and industrial sectors.
- Contact potential customers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and other business development activities.
- Identify and connect with Purchase Managers, Plant Heads, QA teams, Production Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Lifethread products.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Coordinate product samples and customer discussions.
- Conduct client meetings and visits whenever required.
- Follow up consistently until opportunities are converted into orders.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
