Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our logistics and freight forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and promoting our logistics and freight services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

Approach exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders, and other businesses.

Promote company logistics and freight forwarding services.

Understand customer shipment requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Prepare and follow up on freight quotations.

Follow up with existing and potential customers.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer shipments.

Maintain customer and sales records.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Sales and business development skills.

Lead generation and customer acquisition.

Customer relationship management.

Negotiation and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding.

Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate:

6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, transport, or B2B sales.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Candidates from Ahmedabad and nearby areas preferred.
