Job Description
Merchant Onboarding: Conduct daily field visits to local retail stores, shops, and commercial hubs to pitch and install Paytm POS/EDC machines and Soundboxes.
Target Achievement: Drive high-volume sales by meeting or exceeding daily and monthly merchant acquisition targets in the assigned territory.
Merchant Reactivation: Visit 3–4 inactive merchants daily to troubleshoot issues, pitch new features, and drive transaction volume to make them active again.
Assigned Company Tasks: Execute daily field tasks assigned by management, including device servicing, regular compliance checks, and target-driven ad-hoc assignments.
Relationship & Documentation: Educate merchants on device usage, resolve immediate product queries, and ensure all onboarding documentation complies with Paytm guidelines.
