Job Description

Sales Manager - Role and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team including telecallers, counselors, and admission executives
  • Handle inquiries related to acting classes, film making courses, workshops, auditions, and production services
  • Convert leads into admissions, enrollments, and business opportunities through effective counseling and follow-up
  • Generate new leads through digital campaigns, references, events, tie-ups, and direct outreach
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, clients, and industry contacts
  • Conduct counseling sessions, sales meetings, presentations, and promotional discussions with prospects
  • Guide potential candidates regarding courses, batches, fees, career opportunities, and placement support
  • Achieve admission targets for acting classes, film making programs, and training workshops
  • Monitor lead pipeline, follow-up status, conversions, and team performance on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, admissions, and client interactions in CRM or internal systems
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, social media leads, and event-based lead generation
  • Support planning and execution of seminars, workshops, auditions, and promotional events for business growth
  • Prepare and share proposals, fee structures, course details, and promotional materials with interested candidates or clients
  • Train, motivate, and monitor sales counselors / telecallers to improve conversion rates and team productivity
  • Handle escalations, objections, fee negotiations, and admission closure professionally
  • Maintain strong customer service and relationship management to ensure positive student/client experience
  • Identify partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, influencers, agencies, and event organizers
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, admission reports, and target achievement updates for management
  • Track market trends, competitor institutes, and industry opportunities to improve sales performance
  • Ensure professional communication and strong brand representation for FFF in all interactions
