Job Description

​કોલ્ડ સ્ટોરેજ રૂમ માટે ટેલિફોનિક વાતચીત, સોશિયલ મીડિયા માર્કેટિંગ અને રીલ-કન્ટેન્ટની સમજ ધરાવતા ઉત્સાહી ઉમેદવારો જોઈએ છે.

  • ​જોબ રોલ:​ગ્રાહકો સાથે ફોન પર સારી રીતે વાતચીત કરવી અને કસ્ટમરને પૂરેપૂરા કન્વિન્સ કરવા.
  • ​સોશિયલ મીડિયા માટે રીલ્સ (Reels) બનાવવામાં રસ અને પૂરતી કન્ટેન્ટની સમજ હોવી જોઈએ (રીલમાં પોતાનો ચહેરો નથી બતાવવાનો, પરંતુ કન્ટેન્ટ અને વોઈસ ઓવર/સ્ક્રિપ્ટનું કામ સંભાળવાનું રહેશે).
  • ​ઈન્ડિયામાર્ટ (IndiaMART) પોર્ટલનું જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઈએ અને ત્યાં આવતી પૂછપરછ સંભાળવી.
  • ​ગ્રાહકો સાથે રેગ્યુલર ફોલો-અપ (Follow-up) લેવું.
  • ​જરૂરી લાયકાત અને આવડત:​ઉમેદવારની ફોન પર વાત કરવાની કુશળતા (Communication & Convincing Skills) ખૂબ જ સારી હોવી જોઈએ.
  • ​સોશિયલ મીડિયા માર્કેટિંગ, રીલ કન્ટેન્ટ અને ઈન્ડિયામાર્ટ પર કામ કરવાનો અનુભવ હોવો જરૂરી છે.
  • ​ઓછામાં ઓછું 12 પાસ અથવા ગ્રેજ્યુએટ.
  • ​અનુભવ: ડિજિટલ માર્કેટિંગ, સોશિયલ મીડિયા કન્ટેન્ટ, ટેલિસેલ્સ અથવા કસ્ટમર હેન્ડલિંગમાં અનુભવ ધરાવતાઓને પ્રાથમિકતા.

​કોન્ટેક્ટ અને ઇન્ટરવ્યુની માહિતી:

  • ​ઇન્ટરવ્યુ પદ્ધતિ: આ જોબ માટે ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી માત્ર ટેલિફોનિક વાતચીત (Telephonic Interview) દ્વારા જ કરવામાં આવશે.
  • ​સંપર્ક કરો: રસ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ આપેલા નંબર પર સીધો કોલ અથવા WhatsApp કરવો.
  • ​ખાસ નોંધ: જેઓ માર્કેટિંગ, રીલ કન્ટેન્ટ અને ફોન પર પાવરફુલ વાતચીત કરીને કસ્ટમરને મનાવી શકતા હોય માત્ર તેવા જ ગંભીર ઉમેદવારો સંપર્ક કરે.
