Job Description

  • Generate leads for residential, commercial and office interior design projects.
  • Build relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, developers and other referral partners.
  • Identify potential projects through property portals, new residential developments, commercial spaces and market research.
  • Understand client requirements, preferred design style, budget, location and project timelines.
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits.
  • Coordinate with the design team to prepare suitable concepts, presentations and proposals.
  • Handle negotiations, resolve sales objections and close interior design projects.
  • Prepare monthly sales plans, revenue forecasts and lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain and review the lead tracker, sales pipeline and CRM records.
