Job Title: Back Office & Sales Calling Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Back Office & Sales Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, follow-ups, sales coordination, and day-to-day back-office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales enquiries.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain customer records, calling reports, and sales data.
- Perform basic data entry and back-office operations.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
