Job Description
Position: Mattress Retail Sales Executive
We are looking for an energetic Mattress Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their sleep requirements, explaining mattress features, and closing sales while maintaining high‑quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in choosing the right mattress and sleep products based on comfort, budget, and lifestyle.
Demonstrate products, explain features, pricing, offers, and warranty policies clearly.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
Keep the showroom display neat and coordinate with the warehouse/delivery team.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow‑ups professionally.
Requirements:
10th / 12th pass or higher; retail or sales experience preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is a plus.
Comfortable standing for long hours and working in a fast‑paced showroom environment.
