Job DescriptionForext Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Tele-Sales Executives to join our growing solar energy team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits, generating leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

Roles & Responsibilities✅ Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

✅ Explain rooftop solar systems, benefits, pricing, and government subsidy programs

✅ Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and follow-ups

✅ Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed orders

✅ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions

✅ Coordinate with the sales and site-visit team for qualified leads and appointments

✅ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

✅ Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/reporting systems

✅ Handle customer queries and provide timely information

Requirements✔ Freshers with a passion for sales and communication can apply

✔ Experience in Tele-Sales, Telesales, Solar, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, Real Estate, or Direct Sales is preferred

✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills

✔ Good Hindi and Gujarati communication skills; basic English is an advantage

✔ Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer follow-ups

✔ Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

✔ Basic computer and CRM knowledge
