Job Description
* Maintaining proper accounting records including sales and purchase entries
* Handling complete GST work, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, and reconciliation
* Managing RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism) compliance and filing
* Handling TDS calculation and return filing
* Generating sales invoices and billing
* Preparing and managing E-way bills
* Handling export documentation including packing list, USD invoice, and sales invoice submission
* Managing duty drawback, RODTEP, and GST refund/claim filing
* Performing bank reconciliation (BRS) on a regular basis
* Managing payroll processing and salary records
* Handling and monitoring petty cash transactions
* Maintaining proper documentation for all financial transactions
* Assisting in audit and compliance work
