Senior Account Executive

Job Title: Accountant / Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Shilaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

·        Day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime

·        Handling Sales, Purchase, Journal, Payment, Receipt entries

·        Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Scrutiny

·        Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management

2. GST & Taxation:

·        Preparation Data and filing by CA of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B

·        Handling GSTR-2A / 2B reconciliation

·        E-Invoice and E-Way Bill generation

·        TDS calculation and return filing

3. Finance & Finalization:

·        Assisting in Finalization of Balance Sheet & P&L

·        Maintaining stock and inventory records

4. Other Duties:

·        Petty cash management

·        Handling vendor and client communication regarding payments

·        Maintaining proper documentation and filing

5. Skills Required:

·        Must have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Basic Excel

·        Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax

·        Good communication and analytical skills

·        Honest, Punctual and able to meet deadlines
