Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare and manage GST-related workings, returns, and reconciliations.
• Handle TDS calculation, preparation, and related compliance.
• Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and related documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
• Assist in monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing, E-Way Bills, accounting entries, and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting processes.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to independently handle accounting responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
