Job Title: Sales Manager / Agency Development Manager
Channel: Agency Channel – Life Insurance
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Eligibility: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Candidates with any sales experience can apply

- Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors or agents.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance advisors.
- Motivate agents to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Provide product knowledge and sales support to agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and agents.
- Maintain customer relationships and support policy servicing.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate candidates are eligible.
- Any sales experience is acceptable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
