Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹55,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

• Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural design projects from concept to execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs.
• Handle commercial and interior design projects.
• Develop effective space planning and design solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, project teams, and site teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure smooth execution of the project as per approved designs.
• Review and guide junior architects and design team members.
• Prepare and review 2D/3D designs, presentations, and design proposals.
• Assist in material selection and ensure proper implementation of the approved design.
• Ensure projects are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.
• Resolve design-related and site-related issues during project execution.
• Required Skills & KnowledgeStrong knowledge of Architecture, Interior Design, and Commercial Projects.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural drawings, working drawings, detailing, and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or other relevant architectural software.
• Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and project execution.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• EligibilityB.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Architecture and Design.
• Experience in handling projects independently from design to execution will be preferred.
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of architectural drawings and site coordination.
