Job Description:

We are looking for a senior sales executive to manage and guide the sales/export operations team. The candidate will be responsible for team coordination, customer follow-ups, monitoring daily work, supporting business targets, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, logistics and documentation teams.
• Maintain customer communication and follow-up records.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
• Train and guide team members as required.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Team Leader / Sales / Export / Customer Coordination.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good follow-up, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, responsible and target-oriented.
