Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine installation, commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting
  • Provide video-call technical support to customers for quick issue resolution
  • Handle customer queries and provide after-sales service
  • Conduct customer training and prepare service reports
  • Coordinate with production and technical teams
  • During non-service hours, assist with machine assembly, testing, production and other technical activities
  • Travel for customer visits, installation and service when required
