જોબ સારાંશ:
શોરૂમ સેલ્સ એસોસિયેટ ગ્રાહકોનું સ્વાગત કરવા, તેમની જરૂરિયાતો સમજવા અને તેમને યોગ્ય પ્રોડક્ટ પસંદ કરવામાં મદદ કરવા માટે જવાબદાર હોય છે. આ ભૂમિકામાં પ્રોડક્ટ નોલેજ, કસ્ટમર સર્વિસ અને સેલ્સ સ્કિલ્સનું સંયોજન હોય છે, જે શોરૂમની આવક વધારવા અને ગ્રાહકોને સારો અનુભવ આપવા માટે જરૂરી છે.
મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:
- ગ્રાહકો શોરૂમમાં પ્રવેશે ત્યારે તેમનું સ્વાગત કરવું અને તેમની સાથે વાત કરવી
- ગ્રાહકોની જરૂરિયાતો સમજવી અને યોગ્ય પ્રોડક્ટની ભલામણ કરવી
- પ્રોડક્ટની વિશેષતાઓ અને ફાયદાઓ દર્શાવવા
- ઇન્વેન્ટરી, કિંમત અને પ્રમોશન વિશે અપડેટેડ જ્ઞાન રાખવું
- સેલ્સ ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન, ક્વોટ્સ અને ઓર્ડર્સ ચોકસાઈથી પ્રોસેસ કરવા
- લીડ્સ અને પહેલાના ગ્રાહકો સાથે ફોલો-અપ કરવો જેથી રિપીટ બિઝનેસ મળે
- શોરૂમનો દેખાવ જાળવવો — ડિસ્પ્લે, સ્વચ્છતા, સાઇનેજ
- વ્યક્તિગત અને ટીમના સેલ્સ ટાર્ગેટ્સ પૂરા કરવા અથવા વટાવવા
- સ્ટોક ઉપલબ્ધતા અને ઓર્ડર ફુલફિલમેન્ટ માટે વેરહાઉસ/ડિલિવરી ટીમો સાથે સંકલન કરવું
- ગ્રાહકોની પૂછપરછ, ફરિયાદો અને રિટર્ન્સને વ્યવસાયિક રીતે હેન્ડલ કરવા
- ગ્રાહકોની ક્રિયાપ્રતિક્રિયાના ચોક્કસ રેકોર્ડ્સ રાખવા (CRM એન્ટ્રી)
જરૂરિયાતો:
- ધોરણ 12 અથવા સમકક્ષ
- 1-3 વર્ષનો રિટેલ અથવા સેલ્સ અનુભવ પ્રિફર્ડ
- મજબૂત કોમ્યુનિકેશન અને ઇન્ટરપર્સનલ સ્કિલ્સ
- બેઝિક કમ્પ્યુટર સ્કિલ્સ (POS સિસ્ટમ્સ, CRM, MS Office)
- લાંબા સમય સુધી ઊભા રહેવાની અને મધ્યમ વજન ઉપાડવાની ક્ષમતા
