Job Description
Key Responsibilities ( 3 to 4 Years Experience):
- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Monitor quality of civil and finishing works and ensure timely rectification.
- Check measurements, BOQ, quantities, and material consumption.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Track project progress and support timely completion within budget and quality standards.
