Social Media Manager

Ambica Tech is an expanding manufacturing brand specializing in high-quality plasticware, homeware, and innovative consumer goods. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Social Media & Digital Sales Manager to take full ownership of our online presence, turn views into revenue, and scale our direct-to-consumer and B2B digital sales.

Role Overview

You will lead our organic social content, paid ad campaigns, and digital storefront sales. From scripting and shooting engaging Instagram Reels to managing ad spend on Meta and driving conversions across social commerce and e-commerce platforms, this role sits at the intersection of creative marketing and commercial sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Organic Growth

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-converting short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) showcasing product features, manufacturing insights, and utility.
• Manage daily publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Write punchy, engaging captions and design visually appealing product post creatives.

Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing

• Run, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook Ads) and Google Ads.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, hooks, headlines, and target audiences to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools, providing clear weekly reports on ad spend, reach, and conversion metrics.

Social Selling & Internet Commerce

• Drive direct sales through Instagram/Facebook direct messages, WhatsApp Business, and social shop integrations.
• Manage product listings, promotions, and customer lead-generation funnels across digital sales channels and marketplaces.
• Engage actively with comments, product inquiries, and leads to convert casual viewers into paying customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, performance marketing, or digital sales (consumer goods or manufacturing background is a plus).
• Hands-on proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN) and basic design platforms (Canva, Photoshop).
• Practical experience running paid campaigns via Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of internet sales tactics, digital customer behavior, and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a bonus).
