Job Description
Job Title: Solar Sales Executive
Company: RARA-AVIS Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ahmedabad
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Solar Sales Executive to help customers switch to solar and manage their journey from enquiry to after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for residential, commercial and industrial solar projects.
- Understand customer needs and explain solar solutions, savings and installation processes.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate technical surveys.
- Share quotations, follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Coordinate documentation, payments and installation with internal teams.
- Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support customers after installation and encourage referrals.
Requirements
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Sales experience preferred; solar industry experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and maintaining customer records.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
Salary: Based on experience, with performance incentives.
