Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and ensure center profitability.
- Manage daily center operations and expenses within budget.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise the team.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Monitor market trends and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive, retail, or service operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Candidates: Experienced Store Managers, Service Center Managers, and Branch Managers from the automotive or service industry.
