Job Description

  • Take complete responsibility for daily store operations, including opening and closing, store readiness, cleanliness, and overall functioning.
  • Plan and drive daily sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the Owner.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and take necessary actions to improve sales, customer conversion, and overall store performance.
  • Lead, guide, and manage the store team to ensure productivity, discipline, accountability, and achievement of assigned targets.
  • Manage inventory accurately, including stock verification, reconciliation, stock movement, jewellery security, and proper documentation.
  • Ensure proper jewellery display, product presentation, and safe handling of all jewellery as per company SOPs.
  • Welcome customers and ensure a professional, personalised, and satisfactory shopping experience.
  • Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets to support suitable jewellery recommendations and sales conversions.
  • Handle customer enquiries, walk-ins, follow-ups, complaints, and escalations to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Drive repeat business, customer referrals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities to improve store sales.
  • Ensure accurate billing, payment collection, discount approvals, and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, ABV, UPT, Conversion %, Number of Bills, and Customer Follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate store records, sales reports, inventory reports, and daily operational updates. 
  • Maintain team attendance, grooming, professional behaviour, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with store SOPs, security procedures, cash-handling controls, and inventory management practices.
  • Coordinate with the Owner on sales performance, inventory status, operational issues, and improvement plans.
  • Report directly to the Owner and take complete accountability for store operations, inventory management, sales performance, and team management.
