Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure center profitability.
  • Manage daily center operations and expenses within budget.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise the team.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs.
  • Monitor market trends and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive, retail, or service operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Preferred Candidates: Experienced Store Managers, Service Center Managers, and Branch Managers from the automotive or service industry.
