Job Overview:

We are looking for a Healthcare Telecaller who will handle patient calls, manage inquiries, and support healthcare services such as patient coordination, EHR updates, and SeniorShield program assistance. The candidate should have good communication skills, empathy, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients
• Explain healthcare services and programs
• Create and manage patient records in CRM
• Follow up for appointments, reports, and payments
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and attendants
• Generate and send inquiry or report PDFs via WhatsApp
• Maintain daily call logs and reports

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi and English; Gujarati preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle elderly patients with patience and empathy

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
• Experience in healthcare/BPO/telecalling preferred

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 8 AM to 8 PM
• 
  

Salary:

• ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives based on performance
