Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to support our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for calling candidates, explaining job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to candidates regarding job vacancies.
• Explain job roles, salary packages, job locations, and other requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and databases.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and recruiters.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and selection status.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Handle candidate queries professionally.
• Achieve daily calling and interview scheduling targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; Gujarati is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
