Role: Business Development & Sales Executive (MSME Financial Services)
Location: Ahmedabad

About Rexera:
Rexera Financial Services provides financial advisory, debt syndication, government subsidies (PMEGP, Gujarat State Subsidies), CGTMSE collateral-free loans, and corporate compliance solutions for MSMEs and Startups across Gujarat and India.
Key Responsibilities:
- MSME business owners, promoters, aur founders ke sath connect karke unki funding/subsidy requirements samajhna.
- Company ki core services pitch karna (CGTMSE Loans, Bank Debt/CC/OD Limits, Government Grants & Subsidies, Business Registrations).
- Daily leads connect karna, follow-ups lena, aur prospective clients ke sath deals close karna.
- Basic client documents collect karke internal finance/advisory team ke sath coordinate karna.
- Consistent monthly business development targets achieve karna.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 0.5 to 3 years experience in B2B Sales, Telecalling, Banking, NBFC, Loan DSA, ya Financial Product sales.
- MSME sectors, business loans, ya basic government schemes ki samajh (preferred).
- Strong communication aur pitching skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Target-driven aur proactive sales mindset.
