Job Description

Telecaller – Real Estate


Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week


Key Responsibilities


- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.

- Generate and maintain leads through telecalling.

- Schedule client meetings and property visits.

- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.

- Coordinate with clients and the sales team.

- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- Assist in converting leads into potential customers.


Working Schedule


- Saturday & Sunday: Working

- Monday to Friday: Any 1 day off


Requirements


- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or a related field.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups.

- Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
