 *Job Summary* 

We are urgently hiring multiple Female Back Office Telesales Executives for the SBI Credit Card process. We are looking for confident, energetic, well-spoken, and target-oriented candidates with excellent communication and convincing skills. The role involves contacting customers through outbound calls, explaining SBI Credit Card features and offers, generating quality applications, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance. SBI Card acquisition is carried out through multiple channels including telesales and partner networks.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the assigned database.

Explain SBI Credit Card features, benefits, offers, and eligibility criteria.

Generate quality leads and convert them into successful credit card applications.

Follow up with interested customers until application completion.

Coordinate with the operations team for KYC and documentation.

Resolve basic customer queries professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 *Eligibility Criteria* 

Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Banking, BFSI, Credit Card, Insurance, or Customer Service will be preferred.

 *Required Skills* 

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is an added advantage).

Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

 *Salary & Benefits* 

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)
