Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Specialist (Female Only) to join

our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, nurturing client

relationships, and driving sales conversions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Engagement:

Reach out to potential leads generated through various channels, including inbound and

outbound calls.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about the

product/project.

2. Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales leads to encourage buying decisions.

Address client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.

3. Database Management:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM

system.

Regularly update the lead pipeline and track sales progress.

4. Feedback Gathering:

Collect and document feedback from clients for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Share market insights and trends with the team for strategy development.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.Strong time management and organizational skills.

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in pre-sales is advantageous.

Multilingual skills are a bonus.
