Telecalling Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive who can handle customer calls, onboard new customers, explain our software products, and convince potential customers to purchase our products.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have good communication skills, and be comfortable with both sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Contact potential customers and explain our software products and their benefits.
• Follow up with leads and convince interested customers to purchase the product.
• Handle customer onboarding and guide new customers through the initial setup.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate product or solution.
• Provide support to existing customers and resolve basic product-related queries.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until conversion.
• Explain product features, pricing, plans, and usage clearly.
• Coordinate with the internal technical/support team for complex customer issues.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and customer issues.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
• Confident and persuasive communication over phone calls.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software systems.
• Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into customers.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
