Role Overview

Aerostar Aviation Academy is looking for energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives who can convert leads into admissions through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and student counselling.

This is a revenue-generating role, where your primary goal will be to understand student requirements, build trust with students and parents, provide accurate information about aviation courses, and drive course enrollments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with assigned leads through inbound and outbound calls.
• Explain aviation and career-oriented courses clearly and confidently.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Counsel students and parents regarding course benefits, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission processes.
• Handle objections, queries, and concerns professionally.
• Convert qualified inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain daily follow-up and lead-nurturing cycles.
• Update CRM with accurate call details, lead status, and follow-up information.
• Coordinate with the Telemarketing Manager for performance improvement.
• Maintain call quality, professionalism, discipline, and customer engagement.
• Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
