Looking for a Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive sales & revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the sales team
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Handle leads, follow-ups, site visits & conversions
  • Client handling and negotiations
  • Coordinate with Telecalling & Marketing teams
  • Track team performance & CRM updates

Requirements:

  • Sales/Real Estate experience preferred
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Target-oriented and confident
  • Freshers with strong communication & leadership skills can also apply

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives.
