Telecalling Executive

Job Description DHRUV CORPORATION is looking for a Telecalling Executive for our office in Swastik Society, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, speaking with customers, providing required information, taking follow-ups, and maintaining basic call records.

The role also involves basic back-office coordination, customer follow-up, and data entry work. Candidates should have good communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Freshers are welcome to apply. No English language requirement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outgoing calls to customers and clients.
• Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
• Explain company products/services and provide basic information.
• Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
• Maintain daily call records and customer details.
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.
• Perform basic back-office and data-entry work.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update the status of customers.
• Complete assigned daily work and calling targets.
