Telesales Executive

We are hiring an experienced Telecaller for franchise sales at Mor N Rich, a kulfi and ice cream franchise brand with 25+ outlets. We are expanding across Gujarat and nearby states.

Your work:

1. Call every person who enquires about our franchise on the same day. Understand their budget, location, and timeline.
2. Explain the brand, the investment, and how much a franchisee earns. Send a brochure and proposal on WhatsApp, and follow up until they decide.
3. Fix meetings for interested parties, sit in those meetings with the BD manager, and start closing deals yourself.
4. Call our existing franchise partners on a regular schedule. This is a relationship call, to understand how their outlet is running, which products are selling, what problems they are facing, and what support they need from us. Bring those issues back to the office, get them solved, and tell the partner it is done.
5. Update every call in our CRM software. Send a daily calling report and a monthly summary of what partners are saying.

Who should apply:

• 2+ years of telecalling or telesales experience. Franchise, real estate, insurance, or education sales background preferred.
• Must speak fluent Gujarati, Hindi and basic English with confidence.
• Should be comfortable talking to businessmen about investments of ₹10–25 lakh.
• Must be a good listener, half this job is understanding what our franchise partners are going through.
• Must know Excel and WhatsApp Business.

Incentive is paid on every franchise sold. Good performers will be promoted to Franchise Sales Executive.
