Job Description
Tender Executive – Job Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant government, PSU and private tenders for STP, ETP, RO, water treatment and wastewater projects.
- Review tender documents, BOQ, technical specifications, eligibility criteria and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender bids within deadlines.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Finance and Management for tender requirements.
- Prepare EMD, tender fees, performance guarantees and other required documents.
- Prepare technical compliance statements and deviations.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and supporting technical documents.
- Handle e-tender portals, online bid submission and document uploads.
- Track tender status, corrigenda, clarifications and bid openings.
- Prepare quotations and price comparisons for management approval.
- Maintain a database of submitted, awarded and unsuccessful tenders.
- Coordinate post-tender clarification, negotiation and work-order/PO formalities.
- Ensure complete documentation and compliance with tender conditions.
