Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Administrator to manage end-to-end tendering processes.

Identify and track relevant tenders from government and private portals.

Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs.

Maintain accurate records of bids, submissions, and deadlines.

Ensure timely submission and adherence to all tender requirements.

Handle documentation, EMD, and compliance-related activities.

Strong knowledge of GeM/CPP portals and MS Office is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and prior experience in tendering required.
