Job Description

Tender Executive – Solar EPC

Experience: 1–3 Years

Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track solar EPC tenders from government and private clients.
  • Prepare and submit technical & commercial tender documents within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance and sales teams for tender requirements.
  • Review tender eligibility, BOQ, EMD, PBG and other documentation.
  • Maintain tender records, submission status and follow-ups.
  • Support in e-tendering portals, bid preparation and post-tender documentation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma preferred.
  • Experience in Solar EPC / Electrical / Infrastructure tendering preferred.
  • Knowledge of tender portals, BOQ and basic commercial documentation.
  • Good MS Office and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
