About the Role
Max Voyage Holidays is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Outbound Travel Consultant who can convert travel inquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, understand international travel products, and be confident in interacting with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding international holiday packages.
- Understand customers' travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable tour packages, destinations, hotels, and travel experiences.
- Prepare customized travel quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain package inclusions, visa requirements, travel insurance, cancellation policies, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales management software.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral customers.
- Stay updated on international destinations, visa regulations, airline offers, and tourism trends.
Required Skills
