Job Description

Hiring: VMC / HMC Machine Operator

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

  • Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) and HMC (Horizontal Machining Centre) machines.
  • Set up machines, tools, and workpieces as per job requirements.
  • Perform basic tool and offset adjustments.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
  • Check dimensions and quality of machined components using measuring instruments.
  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and ensure smooth production.
  • Maintain proper machine cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
  • Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality.
  • RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience as a VMC/HMC Machine Operator.
  • Basic knowledge of VMC and/or HMC machine operation.
  • Knowledge of tools, offsets, and measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Willingness to work in shifts as per company requirements.
  • Good attention to quality and safety.
