Job Description
Cafe Staff – The Belgian Waffle Co.
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Staff/Team Members to join The Belgian Waffle Co. team. The role involves welcoming customers, taking orders, preparing and serving waffles, beverages and other products, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, handling billing/cash transactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Take orders and process billing accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
- Manage basic inventory and product availability.
- Work effectively with the team during busy hours.
- Follow food safety, service, and company guidelines.
