Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Record plant expenses, petty cash and daily vouchers in Tally
  • Check vendor bills against POs, GRNs and gate entries before sending to Pune for payment
  • Track contractor, transporter and labour bills and payments
  • Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans and e-way bills for dispatches
  • Keep GST documents for inward and outward material in order; support monthly GST data to Pune
  • Reconcile stock of raw material, finished goods and consumables with stores every month
  • Track fuel, power and utility bills and costs per MT
  • Keep vendor ledgers and follow up on pending bills and advances
  • Send daily cash and bank reports and monthly plant expense reports to Pune accounts
  • Support statutory and internal audits with plant records

Skills

  • Tally Prime and MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of GST, e-way bills, TDS and basic costing
  • Accurate with numbers and records
  • Marathi/Hindi; English for reports
