Job Description

Key responsibilities HR

  • Run the time office: attendance, shift rosters, overtime, leave records
  • Manage contract labour: contractor onboarding, CLRA compliance, wage checks
  • Maintain statutory registers and returns under the Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and Shops & Establishment
  • Coordinate recruitment, joining formalities, ID cards and exit formalities
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and send them to Pune

Admin

  • Run plant admin: security agency, canteen, housekeeping, transport, office supplies
  • Liaise with the Factory Inspector, labour office, PF/ESIC offices and MIDC
  • Keep licences, renewals and AMC contracts on a tracker
  • SkillsMS Excel, plus an attendance/payroll system
  • Working knowledge of Maharashtra labour laws, Factories Act, PF/ESIC
  • Organised with records and paperwork; firm with contractors
  • Marathi and Hindi; English for reports
