Job Description

Role

Manage Super Stockists, distributors and a field team to grow secondary sales across your division.

Responsibilities

  • Appoint and manage Super Stockists and distributors
  • Lead Sales Officers and DSRs, and plan beats
  • Drive secondary sales and new outlet additions
  • Track team attendance and calls on TracknTrain
  • Travel within the division and report to the account team

Requirements

  • Graduate
  • 5-8 years in FMCG or food sales
  • Experience handling distributors and division-level sales numbers
  • Fluent in Hindi and the local dialect
  • Own two-wheeler with valid licence
  • Based in the division
