Civil Site Engineer

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the civil department. Establishing and enforcing proper methods, policies and principles.Planning and execution of projects within deadline.Overseeing the team for execution of project.

1.To cordinate with product development team and consultants (Architect,RCC,EC,MEP,Landscape,STP,Hdrogeo,PMC etc) to design a new product,execution of project.                                                                                                                              

2.Responsible fot Planning and execution of project within deadline .                                                                                

3.Manage and analyse estimation,contracts,billing,purchase,store etc                                                                                 

4. Oversee daily operations and manage daily activities of the civil department                                                                                                

5.To effectively manage onsite teams and regular meetings with them and be a decision maker to them.                                                                                                    

6. Keeping a proper track of the performance of all employees and maintaining their performance report.                                                  

7.Reporting to MD with certain reports.
