Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Yash Industries on the ground, responsible for driving B2B sales and expanding our network of retailers and distributors. This is a field-heavy position where active travel and face-to-face client engagement are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Expansion: Actively prospect, identify, and onboard new B2B clients, focusing heavily on retailers, distributors, and dealers within the target territory.
• Field Engagement: Travel extensively throughout the assigned region to conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and sales pitches for our industrial rubber hoses and molded parts.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributor networks to ensure consistent order volume and client satisfaction.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, gather feedback on competitor pricing and activities, and report on field dynamics to the management team.
• Order Coordination: Facilitate smooth order processing by liaising between the distributors and the internal dispatch team to ensure timely product delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in B2B sales, specifically working directly with retail and distributor networks.
• Travel Readiness: High willingness and ability to travel extensively on a daily basis; this is a core requirement of the role.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to clearly articulate product specifications and business value to potential buyers.
• Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field without constant supervision.
