Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our heavy engineering fabrication company in Akola.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Maintain purchase, sales and expense entries
• Prepare invoices, vouchers and payment records
• Handle vendor and customer ledger accounts
• Manage GST-related accounting and documentation
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records
• Maintain records related to material purchases, inventory and job work
• Coordinate with purchase, stores and production teams for accounting entries
• Work on Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and MS Excel
• Experience in manufacturing/fabrication/engineering industry will be an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Location: Akola, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
