Branch Sales Manager - Retail
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive branch-level sales targets, product mix goals, and customer acquisition strategies within the local catchment area.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Sales Officers or retail staff to build a high-performance culture.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines while coordinating smoothly with credit and operations teams.
- Customer & Partner Relations: Build strong relationships with key clients, local stakeholders, and strategic channel partners to expand market penetration.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs) like productivity and conversion rates, and report management metrics.
