Job Description
Hamein apni team ke liye ek experienced aur responsible Housekeeping Supervisor ki zaroorat hai. Aapka main role yeh ensure karna hoga ki saare guest rooms, lobby, corridors aur public areas hamesha saaf, hygienic aur well-maintained rahein. Aapko housekeeping staff ki team ko lead karna hoga, unhe tasks assign karne honge, aur kaam ki quality ko check karna hoga.
📋 Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां)
1. Team Supervision & Training (टीम को संभालना और सिखाना)
- Daily Briefing: Shift shuru hone se pehle staff ko daily tasks assign karna aur batana ki kaunsa area pehle saaf karna hai.
- Staff Training: Naye staff ko saf-safai ke standards, chemicals ka sahi use, aur safety rules sikhana.
- Attendance & Rota: Housekeeping staff ki attendance check karna aur unke shift schedules (duty roaster) banana.
