Job Description
Hamein apne restaurant ke liye ek experienced aur well-mannered Restaurant Captain ki zaroorat hai. Aapka main role guests ka welcome karna, unse orders lena, table service ko oversee karna, aur waiters ki team ko manage karna hoga. Agar aapki communication skills achhi hain aur aap customer handling mein mahir hain, toh hum aapse milna chahenge.
📋 Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां)
1. Guest Service & Order Taking (मेहमानों की सेवा)
- Welcome & Seating: Guests ke aate hi unhe smile ke sath greet karna aur unhe table tak le jana.
- Menu Knowledge: Guests ko menu ke items, daily specials, aur ingredients ke baare mein acche se samjhana.
- Order Taking: Guests se accurately order lena aur unki kisi bhi special request (jaise less spicy, allergy-free) ko kitchen tak pahonchana.
- Upselling: Food aur beverages ko proactively suggest/sell karke restaurant ki sales badhana.
- Issue Resolution: Agar guest ko khane ya service se koi shikayat ho, toh use turant aur politely solve karna.
